Welcome to **Ronnie's Place**, your perfect base for exploring the rugged hills of West Virginia, right off Coal Heritage Road on Hwy 52 in Welch. Whether you’re here to hit the Hatfield McCoy Trails with your side-by-side or just looking for a getaway, our spacious home has everything you need.

With **4 private bedrooms** and a **large bunk room**, we comfortably sleep 12 but can accommodate even bigger groups. This private property gives you space to spread out with no visible neighbors—though you might hear the rumble of coal trucks on the highway.

There’s **plenty of room** for trucks and trailers, so bring your ATVs and settle in. Outside, enjoy the porches, decks, carport, garage, and a cozy fire pit. There’s even a pond (with some restrictions) to add to the charm.

The house is fully stocked with a **kitchen** that has all the appliances and dishes you need. We provide **linens, towels, and essentials** like toilet paper, so you can pack light. If you need to mix business with pleasure, we’ve got a **work space** with a desk, printer, and a screen ready to connect to your laptop.

Entertainment is a breeze with **Netflix on all the TVs** (our house account), and if you want more streaming options, just log in with your own. Cell service is spotty, but **Wi-Fi** will keep you connected when you need it.

Sitting on **5 acres**, the property feels like a secluded retreat, even though it’s close to everything. Kick back around the fire pit or take in the sounds of the wildlife from one of the three porches. If you’re a grill master, we’ve got a **grill** ready for your steaks!
