Great place to stay house is very nice inside and out host was great to deal with definitely would stay there again

Highly recommend Ronnie’s Place!! For sure the cleanest house we have ever rented in the area. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. This was our first time staying and would definitely book again! 10 out of 10!!!

Nice rental close to Warrior trail access. Garage and carport were great as we were able to secure our machines, and sit outside one night while it was raining. Lots of loud traffic, but can't fault the owners. 8 guys on our trip and everyone had their own bed.

We had an incredible stay and it was exactly what our group needed! There was plenty of parking and we had a great time!

The house was perfect for our group of friends, plenty of room inside, plenty of parking, hose to wash machines, fire pit, garage. It had everything we needed! Highly recommend if you need a house to fit a lot of people with trucks and trailers!

Ronnie's Place was a great stay. The location was good for our ride to Wilmore Dam. The outdoor covered areas were nice especially since we had rain. It's a great family environment home !!!

Great place to stay to go riding HMT. It has plenty of room for outside and inside activities.

Paula was amazing.. very quick to answer any questions we had. House was awesome clean and great hot water. Having the garage and car port keep are atvs in was great. Close to the trails. Will be back that's for sure.

If you are wanting to ride the Hatfield-McCoy trail system this is the place for you. Easy access to Warrior, Pinnacle, Indian Ridge, and Pocahontas. Very clean, roomy, and tons of extras. This is not a small cabin to get by. If you need a break one day from ridding the trails this is a great place to lounge around.

Paula was very responsive to our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the quick assistance of Barry in turning on the outside water for us. Great place to stay.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at Ronnie's Place. Paula was the perfect hostess. She always responded within minutes of our requests.
The place was clean, very comfortable and plenty of parking.
Definitely would book again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Welch area.

Location was great, the place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for the stay! We had 3 couples and there was ample room for everyone, was just a great all around experience. It was an older place so everything wasn’t perfect but it was clear the owners kept the place up and maintained. If I had a complaint it would be 1 of the showers didn’t have much pressure, likely just a shower head issue but again it’s not a big deal. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to ride the trails.

We stayed as a group, family & friends. Felt at home. Lots of room & clean! You really don't need to bring anything, its all there for you! The lake & boat was very neat & private. Decks for your morning coffee & plenty of space for trucks & trailers. Had an amazing stay!

Very responsive host, large house with plenty of appointments for our stay. We came to ride trails and had multiple trucks, trailers…plenty of parking with access to two bay garage.
